Dear Sister Diane: 1999-01-20

Wednesday, January 20th, 1999

Dear sister Diane,

No problem. The conversation was nice at this end also. Yes, I AM content. Probably more content now than at any other point in my life since entering my teens. I still have many questions about living, and its apparent injustices, as well as the obvious fortunes and beauty and numerous other gifts life offers. But these days, I’ve learned to be content with not knowing all the answers, and not having EVERYTHING I want. I’ve learned, to be HAPPY.

You sounded happy yourself, even though you are being challenged at work. Keep in mind that each challenge represents an opportunity for victory. Meet just a few challenges, and the sensation of winning that results will motivate you to take on many more. You’re in for a fun, and never-ending learning experience if you stick with computers.

Take care.

[LJ],

Been meaning to write to you. It has been over a month since   [Kar]  and I saw the show. But we enjoyed it immensely. I had never been to the Forest Theater before then and the experience left nothing to be desired. We loved it. No problem with the tickets either. A wonderful evening. Thanks again for setting it up for us.

Have a productive, happy new year.
