Letter to Lynn on Discussing Problems
Dear [Lynn],
Talking about a problem often makes it go away. Case in point: I had a program that was failing the other day because it could not connect to our database server. When I questioned the database people on the net, the problem strangely cleared up a few minutes later. But the database people said that they found nothing wrong. Yea, right. 
They probably DID find a problem but didn’t want to admit it. A cynic I am, aren’t I.
