A Cold Winter’s Night
[Lynn],
Yep. It’s cold here too – 20 degrees. Walked to the store this afternoon. Brrrrrrr. Packed a few more boxes this evening. The place is starting to look a little empty.
Work was busy today. But it went well. Talked to the manager in email and on the phone – almost like the way you and I communicate – Naaaah.
Busy you are.
A cup of spearmint tea sounds good. Time to go put the water on to boil.
Nope, no cat draped over the feet. When one sets the thermostat to a reasonably warm temperature – like at least 72 degrees, one needs no foot warmers.
However, feeling the gentle vibrations of the purring would be nice.
Catch you later. Don’t slip on any ice.
