New England Phone Restrictions

No, the restriction only works between the phones at 207-xxx-yyyy (or any phone from which Lynn M is calling) and 814-742-yyyy (Mom’s phone). Further, the restriction from calling Mom’s phone only applies whenever Mom answers that number. All other calls are permitted to be completed. So, you’re not off the hook on calling me.
Nope, the restriction doesn’t apply in reverse because the governments of the New England States and the rest of the union reasoned that hostile calls from Maine to PA happen much more often than calls from PA to Maine. Since this restriction is costly to implement, they wanted only to apply it where it would do the most good. Thus, your phone -> Mom’s phone is denied. 
Hmmm. I think that most (if not all) blond women have ancestry from New England. *grin*
