On a different subject, I got a call from the phone company today, asking for directions to Mom’s house. So, I provided them.
Then, I tried calling Mom to let her know they were coming. And guess what? No answer. I’ve been trying for the past two hours and have phoned the sisters. No one knows where she is. May have to have one of them drive over and check on her.

Yep, your town tart sounds almost just like the Altoona town tart. Wonder if they’re sisters?

Good morning [Lynn].
Lost 3 Lbs. last week. 8.5 Christmas pounds left to lose. The packing and moving boxes around is no doubt responsible. Maybe I’ll get into helping people move on the side. That would be a great way to exercise and keep those pounds off.
On my family: Hmmm. This definitely warrants more discussion. Sounds as though you’re viewing my familial attachments negatively or [with] skepticism. Why so? My sisters have their own lives and families. Some of them I’m lucky if I talk to once a month. But we do pull together in times of need and are there for each other. This will not change. And by the way, you’re not JUST [Lynn] either. You’ve got your children, your ex, a sister you seem pretty close to, and the men you work with also. Perhaps I should be wary too, ‘eh?
Blowing here also. 13 degrees. Coldest day Philly has seen this winter season. Sunny though.
