On the voice mail: Yes, you’re right. In fact, the objective of voice mail is to make the person who subscribes to it more accessible. If you do not want to be more accessible, or if it makes you TOO accessible, then you might consider getting rid of it. I hope you decide to keep it however. I like leaving you voice mail directly sometimes.
