Well, Bell Atlantic uses microwave dishes all over the place. I’m sure they’ve encountered this problem before. Perhaps they’ll relocate the dish to a higher point on the island. Either that, or lay cables to the mainland. 
On the water meter: I hope your bill doesn’t go up too much, if at all. Here, when they put in water meters, peoples’ bills went significantly higher. However, the meters were only a part of the system revamping. They added better treatment facilities, more redundancy – they get water from Altoona if needed. So, the increases in bills were to fund these expenditures and not necessarily due to the addition of the meters. Although it does make one wonder.
What’s a spirea?
A productive day it was. Now tonight, I’ll pack for the Philly trip tomorrow morning. I must remember to charge the camera.
Sunny and warm here. Lots of white puffy clouds. About 80 degrees I think.
