Extended Service Plans

Beautiful, sunny day today. A bit on the hazy side.
Taking the DVD player in for repair tonight when Jo Ann goes to the grocery story. I’m so glad I bought that extended service plan. I know that Consumer Reports typically recommends AGAINST purchasing such plans, as they say that the seller is usually the only one who makes out in the deal. But I’ve purchased many of them over the years, and had to take the associated appliances in for repair at least once. So maybe I’ve just been very lucky. But I’ve made out in the deals most of the times. And this one is no exception.
The back is still sore and did keep me awake last night. But hopefully, I’ve hit the turning point, and it will start feeling better soon.
