The Weather
Dear [Lynn],
Good morning to you. About 50 degrees here. Yes, I saw the near-full moon last night coming up in the east. Very clear night here with the stars out and all.
Working indoors is perhaps a disadvantage to this job at the moment. But once winter gets here, I’ll be quite grateful to be able to earn my living while working in a warm, dry cube. Then, I’ll be pitying those poor suckers who have to work in the woods, cutting down trees, when it’s in the 20s out. 
Time for work, so I’ll catch you later.
