Yes, I had hoped to spend a day at the school next week. Right now, Tuesday or Wednesday looks good. Let’s say Tuesday.
On the pizza: If I stay Thursday and Friday night with you and [Morra], perhaps on Thursday, [Mentat] can join us for pizza. All this of course, depends on what day [our health teacher] wants to have us over. I should know that this Sunday.
On [Morra] and [her preference for] ‘firmness’: You wild man.
On the trip home [to Altoona] on Saturday, April 7th: I’m flexible. Whenever you want to leave on Saturday is fine with me. Your proposed departure times [late morning or just after lunch] sound great therefore.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully, [our health teacher] will get back to you shortly. I’m supposed to give her a call on Saturday evening, when I get to [Mentat]’s. Which nights would you be free to come to her place? Thursday? Friday?
Also, thanks for sending along Tony’s email address. Perhaps I’ll fire him off a note and we can meet for lunch or something.
Sorry to hear about yours and [Morra]’s colds. I’m playing with one myself, which I hope will be gone by the time I get to “The Burgh” this weekend.

I just returned from the post office, and have sent you the $500 you requested to borrow. You should receive this tomorrow (Saturday) before noon. It cost $12.25 to send with insurance. So you owe me $512.25 total. Hope this gets you by until your SSI issues are straightened out, and I’m very glad I could help. Let me know when you cash it or if it fails to arrive when stated.

Yes, well, there’s a new version available (5.0.2.1). You might want to try downloading this and installing. That should correct your problem. I think you said that you paid for the version 5 software. So this upgrade is free for you. Try it out and let me know what happens.

Dear sister Christine,
[She wrote recently, asking what is going on with me.] Noting much. Work is busy, put my waterbed together and filled it on Tuesday. Had to order a new safety liner though, before filling could proceed. The one I had was in very bad shape and probably wouldn’t have stopped a flood should the mattress have sprung a leak. Also, I bought some very soft mattress pads. Now the bed is as comfortable as those on display in waterbed stores. I’m sure glad to have it back.
Sorry I missed you (again). I’ll have to remember to log out of IM when I step away from my PC, so people don’t IM me, and then wonder why I’m not responding.
