Missing Camp Application

Dear   [Mel],

Haven’t received my camp application forms yet, although   [Rick]   and   [Jack]   say that they have received theirs. Would you mind sending my forms to the following address? And, would you update the camp files with this new address?

I must have forgotten to change my address with the camp when I moved, last November.

Also, would you reserve a spot for me in session 6? I’ll pay you the $25 as soon as I receive the forms. But I don’t want to run the risk of the session filling up before I send in the registration fee. My credit is good. :-)
