Tabbo’s Gone
Dear [Lynn],
Ah, sorry to hear about Tabbo. He was quite a distinguished, as well as distinguishing member of your family. You and him seemed to play off of each other in such a humorously charming way. He always seemed like your side-kick, complimenting your own, witty personality. It was so funny, the way you used to always know what he wanted (food, petting, Etc.), and how you could have a conversation with him, filling in what you thought his responses would be. 
I’m glad I have a few pictures of him.
How did [your daughter] react [to his passing]?
Do you think you’ll get another cat? Or, will Annie and Killer keep you enough company?
Anyway, take care, while you mourn. You had Tabbo for what, 15 years? It’ll no doubt take a while to move beyond this loss therefore.
