Hello again.
I’ll be working at home but will travel to the city frequently to do research. I’d commute from as far as Doylestown, Warminster, Media, Fox Chase – anywhere SEPTA has frequent routes to central Philly. Timewise, I would not mind traveling up to an hour to reach the city.
I’m working with a realtor In Doylestown. Her name is [Realtor]. She’s been looking for properties in Doylestown, Warminster, Hatboro, Jenkintown, Willowgrove, and North Wales. But she doesn’t do Philly itself. Our business arrangement is an informal one, as we’ve signed no contracts.
