Stopping Philly House Hunt

Dear   [Realtor],

Thanks for all the listings you’ve sent me. I’ve been looking at various web sites myself, but nothing is meeting my requirements.

I guess it’s time to face the fact that I don’t have enough money to live where I want to live. So don’t spend anymore of your valuable time finding listings.

I’m going to work to get my freelance writing going, and I’ll get in touch with you once that happens and I’m in a better position to buy a good place.
