No Volume Control?

Thanks for the apology.

I’m wondering however, what action(s) have been taken in response to my complaint. The manager at the restaurant told me that he had no volume control with which to turn down the music. Was this in fact true? If it was true, will volume controls be added? Or, if there was a volume control, but the manager just didn’t want to use it, was he disciplined for his unwillingness to respond to my request to soften the music?
