I was back up to 170 over the weekend. So I’m struggling with the weight as well. I’m going to start keeping a diet diary again, where I list what I eat each day and how many calories it has. I just don’t lose much weight unless I can keep my calorie intake below 1100 or so. Perhaps you might try this, once you get the Braille Note back.
