I don’t understand. Why do you think we’re of differing opinions about Wal Mart? I didn’t mean to suggest that you  should  by the CD player at Wal Mart. I was just saying that I saw it there. Indeed, you can probably get it cheaper if you buy on the Internet. I neither believe nor disbelieve in Wal Mart. I’d just say that workers have a choice of where they’re employed. No one’s forcing them to work at Wal Mart. If they can get a better wage elsewhere, then they should look for another job. That’s what capitalism is all about, although fortunately, our government does not approach business with a laissez faire attitude.
But what did these workers expect after all? You can’t have low prices and still pay people top dollar. That’s Economics 101 for heaven’s sake.
