Updating Lex: 2006-11-08
Dear [Lex],
All is well here. Nothing new to report really.
No, unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Philly anytime soon (if ever), because I’ll probably never have enough money to live in the suburbs (like Ardmore). And I wouldn’t want to live in the cheaper places ever again. So, the Philly dream is probably on permanent hold. Instead, the plan now is to stay here in Altoona, quite probably for the rest of my life, and take over Mom’s house when she passes, assuming of course, that I survive her.
I’ve been busy writing software for my DJ business.
Last I talked to [Jack], he told me that you and [Alanna] are dating. How’s that going? That’s nice that she has someone like you to count on.
Yes, [Rick] had his wheelchair at camp, and [as it appeared to me, he]was milking every bit of it. It was funny that when he did walk around, he appeared to be able to do it well. But, whatever. I don’t want to dwell on him very much. The very thought of him and his antics makes my blood boil. So I discourage those thoughts when I can.
