Cold Night: 2007-02-06

Dear [Tad],

Yep, at these temperatures, the water must be circulated rapidly to assure that it stays hot at all the outlets around the campus. Perhaps the pumps that do the circulating weren’t designed to circulate rapidly enough to overcome the extreme cold, although I don’t remember ever having that problem when the water was heated in the old boiler house back in the 70s.
