Sunday, March 8th, 2009I spent most of today posting my journal entries from 1994 to the Tom’s Love Quest site. I believe there are sixty-three posts there now, and I’m shooting for a hundred.
[Emmy] and I ate some beef stew that we made in the slow cooker. We didn’t like it very much. It was one of those package deals where they give you the beef, vegetables, and seasoning in three plastic bags, all wrapped together in more plastic on a Styrofoam tray. I’d rate it a six, and [Emmy] rated it a four. It just tasted too artificial and salty. Next time, we’ll do a stew from scratch.
Mom just went to the hospital again. She was having chest pains.
[Emmy] listened to her iPod. She loves those old CBS Radio Mystery Theater shows from the 70s and 80s. She also enjoyed the Penguins hockey game with the Capitals this afternoon.
All in all, a dreary but pleasant Sunday.
