The extremely long grass this time made the operation slow going; the lawn tractor’s grass chute clogging numerous times. But we’ve had so much rain lately that good days for cutting have been few and far between. Even this afternoon, I had to dodge periodic drizzles to get it all done. But it’s done now and should require no further cutting for at least another week. However, the west fence and shrubs need weed whacking. So I’ll get to that on the next dry day we have. If the current weather pattern keeps up, that might not be until July.
