Today’s Business: 2009-05-15
Went on a  shopping trip  this morning.
The day started out foggy and gray but by 10:00 this morning, all that burned off and the sun came out in full force; blue skies everywhere too with the temperature at 68 degrees. Looks like a great day for yard work. We’ll see.
Used a tank full of gas in the weed whacker this afternoon. That pretty much did the whole yard.
Took a 20-minute nap this evening.
Uploaded ten or so posts to the blogs from my September, 2005 personal email archives.
Watched The Young and the Restless, Dr. Phil, and a bit of news on the DVR.
Recorded two journal entries for later transcription to the blogs.
I’m starting to come down from the high I’ve been riding since the foot party a couple weeks ago. That made today feel a little sad over all. But talking to [Emmy] tonight about it really cheered me up. I’m glad she’s still around, as the closest friend I’ve ever had.
