Continued adding posts to the blogs from September of 2005. Up to September 22nd , 2005 now.

Lost another pound. Current weight: 166.0 Lbs.

[Emmy] and I listened to the Penguins game tonight. We do it over the telephone.

A brief thunderstorm passed by this afternoon. The weather overall today has been partly sunny and in the low 80s.

Completed weekly blog backups.

Watched two episodes of Dr. Phil.

Weekly backups of all my blog sites completed just now. Total disk space: 27.7 MB, which includes all databases as well as site code and static pages. It’s growing; up from 27.6 MB last week.

Weight Loss Progress: 2009-05-23

Today, I’ve reached my lowest weight since beginning the current weight loss campaign: The scale said 166.0 pounds. Off another pound. The goal weight is 130.0 pounds.

Progress continues to be great this week. I’m still holding my calorie intake below 1000 per day, and eating one or at most two meals daily, primarily in the early evening at around 7:00 PM.  Yesterday, I fasted for the entire day, and drank green and black tea only, sweetened with stevia.

I’ll update this periodically throughout the year as I streak toward my goal of 130 pounds and a BMI of just under 20. Another half a pound loss inspired me to post this table. Up until now I’d been recording my progress on my computer for my own edification. But perhaps letting you (my audience) follow along will help you in your fitness efforts as well.
