Weight Loss Progress: 2009-05-23

Today, I’ve reached my lowest weight since beginning the current weight loss campaign: The scale said 166.0 pounds. Off another pound. The goal weight is 130.0 pounds.

Progress continues to be great this week. I’m still holding my calorie intake below 1000 per day, and eating one or at most two meals daily, primarily in the early evening at around 7:00 PM.  Yesterday, I fasted for the entire day, and drank green and black tea only, sweetened with stevia.
