Revised and condensed a few posts this morning.
Completed uploading messages from September, 2005 to the blogs.
Watched The Young and the Restless and the news on the DVR.
A rainy, gray, and chilly day today with the high temps barely reaching 60 degrees.
Brainstormed for an hour or two this morning for ideas for the next Love Quest post. Nothing came really. Perhaps I’ll have better luck tomorrow.
[Emmy] and I listened to Penguins hockey tonight on the Internet radio. They won.
Added [Mentat] to the list of Important People in the Love Quest blog.
Took the garbage out tonight.

Spent a couple hours brainstorming at the pavilion.
Posted two pieces to the Tom’s Love Quest blog. These took the form of letters to [Mentat], and both of them argued the importance and validity of love at first sight, and encouraged people not to dismiss this phenomenon too quickly. Love at first sight rules, in my book.
Mom and I drove to sister Christine’s place in the valley tonight; Christine styled Mom’s hair for her.
Skimmed through four episodes of Springer on the DVR.
Hit a new low weight this year of 165.0 pounds.
Helped Mom spread some black mulch around her flower beds.
[Jack] left a message earlier to say that he’s looking forward to the next VIP party.
Watched news on the DVR, as well as The Young and the Restless.

Today, I’ve reached my lowest weight since beginning the current weight loss campaign: The scale said 165.0 pounds. Off another pound. The goal weight is 130.0 pounds.
Progress continues to be great this week. I’m still holding my calorie intake below 1000 per day, and eating one or at most two meals daily, primarily in the early evening at around 7:00 PM.

Brainstormed for new Love Quest ideas. It seems useful to put a list of books out there that I found helpful when getting over a lover who has left me. Also, readers should remember that my ramblings are not definitive; I do get nervous about commitment these days as I’ve said; but I’d still welcome the opportunity to commit to a right girl. If that’s what she wants, then I’ll probably want that too.
Added an “Important People” list of links to the Tom’s Love Quest blog. This allows retrieval of articles written about and to the people who have touched my life profoundly.
Made train reservations for the next Philly foot party on June 6th, 2009.
Brainstormed at the pavilion for a couple hours this evening. Perhaps tomorrow, I’ll write a piece that defends the “quick fall”. It could be called, “The Faster I Fall, The Deeper.”
I let the cat out today by accident. He’s quite the formidable little beast. Even though I scared him away before opening the door, he darted back to it and rushed out just as soon as there was enough room for his body to pass. It all happened in less than two seconds. He’s getting pretty good at this. So, I had to let [someone] know that I may have judged her too harshly for letting him out so often. At any rate, I retrieved him within two minutes. So he didn’t get very far.

I signed up with the foot party organizer today, and my train reservations for the Philly trip during the weekend of June 6th, 2009, have been made.
Hmmm. June 6th is also [Jack's] birthday. Will have to tell the girls that at the party, and maybe they’ll give him a few extra stomps. LOL
I think I’ll buy him a big box of Lucky Charms and a gallon of milk when I get there, and the two of us will eat it Saturday morning. One of his friends, [The Queen], may join us too. So perhaps I’d best get two boxes. Naaaah. She’s a small lady, and so probably won’t eat that much. [Jack] and I don’t mind sharing.

You’ll find these new links in the sidebar on the right side of the blog’s posts pages. These are authors, past lovers, people I wish to either be like or to love, and other celebrities who have shaped my life in profound ways.
