Today’s Business: 2009-06-10
Wednesday, June 10th, 2009Worked on the next Love Quest post for two hours at the start of the day.
Picked up [Emmy] at the train station at around 10:00.
Rode with Mom to two of her doctors appointments. [Emmy] and I waited in the car for her to return for over two hours. Good thing it wasn’t too hot outside today. It was nice though; we talked the whole time.
Afterwards, went to Family Pizza for strombollies. We ate half and saved the other part for tomorrow’s lunch.
We got caught up with today’s and yesterday’s episodes of The Young and the Restless.
Skimmed a few episodes of Dr. Phil on the DVR (digital video recorder). Most are reruns at this time of year.
Napped between 3 and 5 PM.
[Jack] called, wanting to talk to [Emmy] during the nap. We’ve since left him voice mail, telling him that we’re up again if he wants to call later.
[Zola] visited the Tom’s Love Quest blog today and posted a comment here. That’s nice. I hope the blog eventually becomes a sort of hang out for my most intellectually intriguing friends. It’d be helpful to get more comments with the female perspective too.
