Replaced Bathroom Sink Faucet
Replaced the leaky sink faucet in the bathroom with the one I bought in Pittsburgh with [Emmy] this past Saturday. However, to complete this job, I had to go to the hardware store up the street and by an extra long 1 – 1/16 socket to use to bolt the new faucet to the sink, along with a ten-inch socket extender bar so I could reach the nuts for the new faucet up underneath the sink.
Will attempt to repair the old faucet when I’m bored this winter. Why? The old one appears to be of better quality than the new one and it supplies more water. The flow on this new faucet seems rather restricted compared to the other one.
Total cost of the job, including the faucet, sockets, extenders, and adapters: $60.
