Today’s Business: 2009-10-03
Saturday, October 3rd, 2009Cooked a pork roast with vegetables in the crock pot today.
Paid all pending bills (7).
Sent in Mom’s application for drivers license renewal.
Washed the new blue jeans purchased during yesterday’s shopping trip.
Swept and vacuumed the first floor, all except for Mom’s bedroom.
Talked with Rich for a half-hour about the ramp project. See the Wheelchair Ramp Project page for more details.
Located the papers and required information for Mom’s vehicle registration application. Sister JoJo and her husband are applying to PenDOT for Mom’s updated registration sticker. It’s time for the car to be inspected, and we need to update its registration before we can do that.
Weed whacked the yard for the forth time this year this afternoon. For more details, click here.
Sister Diane invited me to be her friend on FaceBook. So to accept the invitation, I signed up. It’s great how they find you friends, some of which you already know. Then, no more than a half-hour after I got registered, [Mar] invited me to be her friend. This FaceBook is quite the rapid-fire networking site. It might be lots of fun to check it out.
Talked with [Emmy] later this evening although I didn’t get to her until after the Penguins game; I was busy working these blogs.
Finished uploading email that I wrote from February, 2007 to the blogs.
Made a complete backup of all my blog sites. Click here for more details.
Watched thsi past Wednesday’s episode of Dr. Phil, and listened to a few Dr. Joy Browne podcasts.
A really crisp fall day today, very sunny and dry, with high temperatures in the low 70s.
