Today’s Business: 2009-10-19
Monday, October 19th, 200907:30 AM: I’m up. Looks like the coldest night of the season so far occurred last night, with temperatures getting down to near 29 degrees. Yes, it’ll definitely have to warm up some, before I can get outside to work on the Shed Roof Replacement Project.
10:30 AM: On the Wheelchair Ramp Project, All gravel and hauling is done and paid for. Next, I’ll take measurements, finalize the ramp design with my in-laws, and order the wood. However, I must finish the Shed Roof Replacement Project while nice weather prevails this week. So I’ll probably not get to the ramp until the latter part of the week. Also, I have a DJ wedding reception gig to prepare for this coming Saturday. Yep, it’s a busy week, for sure.
04:30 PM: Finished working outside for the day, and a beautiful day it was too.
07:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless on the DVR.
07:45 PM: Mom and I tried out the new Mr. Coffee coffee maker. I ground some fresh beans in the blender and, yum, the beverage sure tasted good with a little added half and half.
08:30 PM: Talked with [Emmy]. Her day hasn’t been good. Apparently, she incorrectly renamed some journal files on the SD card for her Victor Reader Stream, and spent hours today trying to figure it all out. She’s also been expecting a check for months now that has yet to arrive, and she only has until the end of the year to complete the transaction; else she loses the money. So, bummed she was.
11:05 PM: I’m off to bed. Sweet dreams to you.
