07:10 AM: I’m up just long enough to get the turkey started in the roaster. Mom’s already one step ahead of me. It’s in there. We just turned the heat on now.
10:15 AM: We’re up for good now; awakened by the smell of roasting turkey. I’m already hungry, yet we still have four hours to go until dinner. Can I stand the pain? 
11:20 AM: [Memtat] just called to wish us a happy Thanksgiving. Always nice to hear from him. However, we probably won’t see him any time during this holiday season, as he’ll be spending lots of time with his girlfriend. But I’ll catch up with him, in person, in January.
02:00 PM: Worked the Thanksgiving dinner, 2009 project.
07:45 PM: The Thanksgiving dinner turned out terrifically, and it’s almost a wrap. [Emmy] and I will probably watch the movie Christmas Vacation later, once all the guests leave.

09:00 PM: The Thanksgiving dinner, 2009 project is complete. All had a wonderful time.
12:15 AM: We just finished watching the Christmas Vacation movie, and we’re off to bed. Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday, and I’ll catch you right back here tomorrow (black Friday). Take care.
