09:00 AM: Mom’s a busy bee this morning, vacuuming and tidying up the downstairs. She wants to minimize the amount of work that her friend Debbie needs to do when she comes here this evening.
10:45 AM: Morning meds and insulin dispensed. Mom is leaving for lunch now, with her sister. She took 12 units of log insulin in anticipation of her lunch.
01:30 PM: Dispensed Mom’s lunch-time meds.
05:35 PM Supper-time meds dispensed. No glucometer today; hopefully tomorrow.
06:00 PM: Debbie just arrived. We have no shopping to do tonight, and no cleaning either, since Mom did it all over the past day or two. So, the two of them are just going to hang out and chat.
10:35 PM: Dispensed Mom’s bedtime meds and insulin.
