Weight Gain: 2010-01-03
Shame on me. My weight is up 2 pounds since yesterday. I probably ate too much taco dip and chocolate at Christine’s on New Years day. Plus, that second plate of sauerkraut, potatoes, and pork yesterday likely contributed to the scale moving in the wrong direction as well; not to mentions the pancakes and syrup yesterday morning for breakfast.
But the holidays are over now and so, I’m swearing off of all refined carbs until I drop the ten pounds I’d like to this month. I’ve found, in past diets that a craving for candy and other sources of refined or concentrated sugars, can be quelled by drinking lots of green or black tea, sweetened with stevia. So today, I’m revving up the teapot, for sure.
Typically when dieting, I drink three or four big mugs of tea per day.
