08:30 AM: I’m up. My weight dropped another 1.5 pounds over the past 24 hours, and it now stands at 175.5 pounds. Wonderful!
11:10 AM: Completed the WordPress 2.9.1 Upgrade project.
01:05 PM: Parcels received today include:
- The Marpac SleepMates (I’ve got them running now. Nice!).
- Weekly coupon mailer.
- Bishop Guilfoyle winter magazine.
- Mom’s interest income statement from her bank.
02:25 PM: Posted the Excess Refined Sugar When… piece.
04:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless from the DVR.
04:45 PM: Nap time.
05:45 PM: Debbie just arrived for her traditional Wednesday night visit. We have no shopping to do this evening. So we thought we’d go and see a movie. I haven’t been to a theater in several years. The movie we’re seeing is: It’s Complicated, starring Alec Baldwin, Meryl Streep, and Steve Martin. The previews looked funny, so we’ll see how it actually is. I’ll be back later.
