09:30 AM: I’m up.
10:20 AM: Ordered this week’s batch of Mom’s prescription medicines, which we’re getting low on.
10:30 AM: Started tonight’s supper a cooking. It’s a beef roast with potatoes, celery, carrots, and onions. The whole roast contains 1600 calories. I plan on eating half of it tonight, and the other half tomorrow.
11:45 AM: Added the Work Update: 2002-01-05 piece.
12:10 PM: Posted the Weight Loss: 2002-01-05 piece.
12:55 PM: Posted the Thoughts on Philly: 2002-01-05 piece.
02:00 PM: Opened and inspected all received mail, filed some of it, and shredded the rest. 
02:30 PM: Called our financial advisor to arrange for Mom’s yearly disbursement, and to correct some errors they have on file in my own portfolio. No answer. So I left a message to call me back.
03:10 PM: Added a Usability And Other Problems section to the IRIS Internet Radio Received piece.
03:15 PM: Watched today’s episode of The Young and the Restless from the DVR.
05:00 PM: Just finished with supper. That beef roast had lots of extra fat and so I had to spit a fair amount of it out. Tyson, hoe about some leaner cuts of meet in these items in the future?
05:30 PM: Watched the 2010-01-19 and 2010-01-20 episodes of Dr. Phil from the DVR.
07:30 PM: Nap time.
08:30 PM: I’m back up again.
08:45 PM: I deployed the last of the three SleepMates; two of them here in the office (for a soothing, stereo riverside effect), and the other in my bedroom. The do mask much of the irritating noises from downstairs pretty well.
11:00 PM: Talked with [Emmy] about nothing, and about everything.
11:15 PM: I’m quite tired now. So I’m going to call it an early night, and get off to bed. Catch you here again tomorrow. Take care, and good night.
