  • Peppermint & spearmint tea & diet Pepsi throughout the day.  0 calories.
  • 05:20 PM: Lebanon bologna.  300 calories.
  • 05:23 PM: 6 slices of Muenster and Provolone cheese.  480 calories.
  • 05:30 PM: Multivitamin.
  • 05:35 PM: 1 cup apple cider.  200 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 1/4 cup raisins.  130 calories.

 

Total calories: 111o.
