  • 02:00 PM: French onion dip.  200 calories.
  • 02:00 PM: 2 slices of pumpernickel bread.  160 calories.
  • 02:00 PM: Margarine.  150 calories.
  • 02:15 PM: Multivitamin.  0 calories.
  • 06:35 PM: Candy.  100 calories.
  • 06:40 PM: Fruit cup.  100 calories.
  • 06:45 PM: Cole slaw.  100 calories.
  • 06:45 PM: Scalloped potatoes.  200 calories.
  • 06:50 PM: Ham.  100 calories.
  • 06:50 PM: Pineapple soufle’.  200 calories.
