Today’s Diet: 2010-02-13

Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Peppermint tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 12:30 PM: 1 dozen of sugar-free vanilla wafers.  390 calories.  Thank goodness they’re all gone now.  These are highly addictive even though they’re sweetened with Splenda, and I’m strongly inspired to not buy them again.
  • 01:00 PM: Pork roast and vegetables.  800 calories.
  • 04:00 PM: 1 cup organic skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 04:00 PM: 1.5 cups Kashi Go-Lean Crunch cereal.  300 calories.
  • 05:00 PM: 1 skinless chicken breast.  200 calories.
  • 05:00 PM: 4 buttered rolls.  600 calories.
  • 07:00 PM: Candy.  120 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 1 cup apple cider.  200 calories.

Total calories: 2690.
