- Peppermint tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 12:30 PM: 1 dozen of sugar-free vanilla wafers. 390 calories. Thank goodness they’re all gone now. These are highly addictive even though they’re sweetened with Splenda, and I’m strongly inspired to not buy them again.
- 01:00 PM: Pork roast and vegetables. 800 calories.
- 04:00 PM: 1 cup organic skim milk. 80 calories.
- 04:00 PM: 1.5 cups Kashi Go-Lean Crunch cereal. 300 calories.
- 05:00 PM: 1 skinless chicken breast. 200 calories.
- 05:00 PM: 4 buttered rolls. 600 calories.
- 07:00 PM: Candy. 120 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1 cup apple cider. 200 calories.
Total calories: 2690.
