  • 12:00 PM: 1/2 cup raisins.  260 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 1 cup organic skim milk.  80.
  • 12:00 PM: 6 Oz. blueberries.  90 calories.
  • 12:00 PM: 1 cup Cheerios.  100 calories.
  • 04:05 PM: 4 slices of Muenster cheese.  320 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 2 cups skim milk.  160 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 3 slices of Muenster cheese.  240 calories.

Total calories: 1250.
