Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Peppermint & spearmint tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 11:15 AM: 1 cup apple cider.  200 calories.
  • 01:45 PM: 4 Reese’s peanut butter eggs.  700 calories.
  • 02:00 PM: 1 foot-long steak and veggie sub.  1000 calories.
  • 09:30 PM 1 bowl Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal.  400 calories.

 

Total calories: 2300.
