  • Peppermint & spearmint tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 11;00 AM; 1 cup organic skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 11:00 am: 1.5 cups Kashi GoLean crunch cereal.  380 calories.
  • 04:05 PM: 1 cup of low-fat blueberry yogurt.  200 calories.
  • 05:15 PM: 3 slices of veggie pizza.  900 calories.
  • 05:25 PM: 16” steak sub.  1200 calories.
  • 09:00 PM: 1 cup of low-fat blueberry yogurt.  200 calories.

 

Total calories: 2960.
