  • Peppermint & spearmint tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 09:30 AM: 1 bowl of Kashi Heart-to-Heart cereal.  300 calories.
  • 09:30 AM: 1 cup of organic skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 01:45 PM: Indian lunch with nan, chicken, rice, and veggies.  1500 calories.
  • 06:00 PM: 1 bowl of Kashi Heart-to-Heart cereal.  300 calories.
  • 06:00 PM: 1 cup of organic skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 09:45 PM: 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt. 340 calories.

 

Total calories: 2600.
