Today, I consumed the following items:

  • Peppermint & spearmint tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
  • 08:00 AM: 1 bowl Kashi Heart-to-Heart cereal.  300 calories. 
  • 08:00 AM: 1 cup organic skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 01:45 PM: Indian lunch.  1 large plate of various foods, along with nan.  1500 calories.
  • 03:00 PM: Multivitamin.  0 calories.
  • 10:00 PM: 3 slices pumpernickel bread and butter.  500 calories.

Total calories: 2380.
