  • 09:00 AM: 1 bowl Kashi Heart-to-Heart cereal.  300 calories. 
  • 09:00 AM: 1 cup organis skim milk.  80 calories.
  • 10:30 AM: 2 cups V8 vegetable juice.  100 calories.
  • 05:30 PM: 3 cups Cheerios.  300 calories.
  • 05:30 PM: 2 cups organic skim milk.  160 calories.
  • 05:30 PM: 1 cup raisins.  520 calories.
  • 08:00 PM: 2 slices of pumpernickel toast and butter.  400 calories.
  • 09:30 PM: 2 cups blueberry low-fat yogurt.  340 calories.

Total calories: 2200.
