Shopping Trip: 2010-04-09
02:00 PM: Got an early start this morning, leaving for our weekly shopping trip at around 8:30. First, we stopped at Wal Mart, where we purchased the following items:
- Diet caffeine-free Pepsi (12 liters).
- Kashi Go-Lean Crunch (2 big boxes).
- Pounce cat treats (2 jars).
- Great Value sucralose sweetener (200 pack box).
- Great Value sucralose sweetener (9.7 Oz. bag – measures just like sugar).
- Tyson pork roast and vegetables.
- Low fat vanilla yogurt (1 4-cup container).
- Yoplait peach yogurt (1 4-cup container).
- Blueberries (3 containers, 6 Oz. each).
- 1 small bucket.
- Clorox liquid bleach (1.5 gallon bottle).
- Swiffer wipes.
- 1 Puffs three-box pack of tissues.
- Broccoli.
- Land-o-Lakes whipped butter (1 container).
- Glad kitchen garbage bags (2 boxes).
- Chow mein noodles.
- Lettuce (1 head).
- Celery (1 bunch).
- Green grapes.
- Chicken wings.
- Stove Top stuffing mix (1 box).
- Canned apricots (2 cans).
- Colby jack cheese sticks (1 pack).
- Vegetable soup (3 cans).
- Mandarin oranges.
- Peaches (3 cans).
- Shortbread cookies (2 packs).
- Lancets (100 count box) (1).
- Jello (4 packs).
- Fruit Jello (pre made) (1 pack).
- Water chestnuts (1 can).
- Campbell’s cream of chicken soup (5 cans).

Next, we went to TGI Friday’s for lunch. I had the pecan chicken salad, and half of Mom’s chicken club sandwich.

Finally, we swung by the farm equipment sales and repair place to pick up my John Deere chainsaw. The sharpened the blade that was on it as well as ordered me a new chain as a spare.
