  • 11:30 AM: Pecan chicken salad.  800 calories.
  • 11:30 AM: 1/2 a chicken club sandwich.  400 calories.
  • 12:15 PM: Dunkin’ Donuts decaffeinated coffee with cream.  100 calories.
  • 01:40 PM: Multivitamin.  0 calories.
  • 05:00 PM: Cocoa wheats & 2% milk.  400 calories.
  • 05:00 PM: Candy.  60 calories.
  • 09:30 PM: 3 slices of reduced fat colby-jack cheese.  150 calories.

Total calories: 1910.
