  • Cat duty.   DONE.
  • Do three loads of laundry.  IN PROGRESS.

05:30 AM: My weight did not change from yesterday.  It’s still 173.5 Lbs.    See   here   for a summary of the progress on this goal so far in 2010.

05:35 AM: Continued the book:  The Adventures of Pinocchio.  I intended to finish this overnight but fell asleep before I even pressed the play button.  :-)

08:50 AM: Categorized and revised more posts in the   Tom’s Views   blog.  Headed for the   Adventures of Pinocchio   book for a while.

09:30 AM: Got on facebook for a while.

11:30 AM: Continued the book:  The Adventures of Pinocchio.

03:30 PM: Made numerous revisions to posts in the   Tom’s Diary  blog to add a link to my signature that points to my home page, as well as to rewrite the title tags for SEO.

04:00 PM: Began today’s laundry; two loads of darks and one whites.

05:40 PM: [Jack] just called to let me hear his phone with the new battery.  Sounds good.  Now, we don’t have to worry about gettig cut off when his cordless phone goes dead.

06:15 PM: Watched the 2010-02-14, 2010-02-21, and 2010-02-28 episode of   CBS’s 60 Minutes  news show on the DVR throughout the late afternoon and early evening hours.

09:00 PM:  Worked the  Gateway 3200S PC Redo: 2010   project throughout the day.

09:30 PM: Read more of the  Adventures of Pinocchio   book.

10:30 PM: Chatted with [Emmy].

11:40 PM: Finished the  Adventures of Pinocchio   book.  Now, I’m off to bed.  Enjoy the rest of your night and I’l be back out here tomorrow.  Take care.

    I keep this food diary to stay aware of just how many calories I’m eating daily, with the hope that it decreases the likelihood that I’ll overeat.    It seems to work, so here we go with another day…

    Today, I consumed the following items:

    • Herbal tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi  throughout the day. 0 calories.
    • 01:00 PM: 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt.  220 calories.
    • 04:00 PM: Pork roast and vegetables.  600 calories.
    • 04:10 PM: 1 bowl of Cheerios, raisins, blueberries, and skim milk.  600 calories.
    • 08:30 PM: 6 slices of muenster cheese.  480 calories.
    • 08:30 PM: Anchovies.  75 calories.
    • 08:30 PM: 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt.  110 calories.

    Total calories: 2085.
