- 03:00 PM: 1 can of hering fish steaks. 200 calories.
- 03:00 PM: 1/2 cup of raisins. 260 calories.
- 03:10 PM: 2 cups Yoplait peach yogurt. 400 calories.
- 03:20 PM: 2 cups skim milk. 160 calories.
- 03:20 PM: Multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 07:55 PM: 2 cups skim milk. 160 calories.
- 09:05 PM: 4 slices of muenster cheese. 320 calories.
- 10:00 PM: 1/2 cup of raisins. 260 calories.
Total calories: 1760.
