- Herbal tea and diet caffeine-free Pepsi throughout the day. 0 calories.
- 02:00 PM: 7 slices of muenster cheese. 560 calories.
- 02:10 PM: 2 cups V8 vegetable juice. 100 calories.
- 02:15 PM: Multivitamin. 0 calories.
- 02:30 PM: 2 cups skim milk. 160 calories.
- 06:50 PM: 4 slices of Lebanon bologna. 320 calories.
- 07:00 PM: 2 bowls of Kashi Heart-to-Heart cereal and skim milk. 1300 calories.
Total calories: 2440.
