Shopping Trip: 2010-05-01
On the way to Pittsburgh this morning, we stopped off at Lowe’s in Altoona, to buy a Rubbermaid three-step step ladder for [Emmy].
Total cost: $42.38
Next, at around Blairsville, we stopped at Sheetz, where I purchased a hot chocolate.
Total cost: $2.65 approximately.
Next, we hit Olive Garden, where I enjoyed their stuff chicken Marsala, salad, and bread sticks. Yum. [Emmy] had the same thing.
Total cost: $38.00
Then, once we arrived in Pittsburgh, had lunch, and visited with Martha and her family, we headed for Giant Eagle Market District in Oakland. There we bought the following:
- Cheerios cereal.
- Kashi Heart to Heart cereal.
- Kashi puffed seven-grain cereal.
- Stonyfield organic skim milk (two gallons).
- Stonyfield low-fat organic yogurt (six containers).
- Dial hand soap (ten pump-style containers).
- Charmin Ultra Mega Rolls bathroom tissue (two packs, six rolls each).
- Sun Maid raisins (five canisters).
Total cost: $196.00 (yes, $196 even).
Finally, on the way home, we stopped at Sheetz again, where I purchased a bag of Welch’s Berries ‘N Cherries Fruit Snacks and a diet Pepei.
Total cost: Approximately $3.75.
Grand total: $282,78
