Log

08:00 AM: I’m up. Looks like another gray day out there.

08:05 AM: Read more of the      book overnight; fell asleep somewhere in chapter six.

09:00 AM: Facebooked a while and called [Emmy].  She’s awake and feels somewhat better today.

11:30 AM:  Worked the     project.

12:00 PM: Recorded audio journal episode:  AJE-2010-05-12-11-25.

01:00 PM: Made some minor adjustments to the statistics reporting scripts on all blogs, to get a more concise report of total site usage across all blogs and other pages under the  http://prosaic-expressions.com/ umbrella.

02:25 PM: Watched today’s episode of   The Young and the Restless   on the DVR.

02:56 PM: Posted the      piece.

04:00 PM: Niece Katie reports that Zoe (the family dog) had four pups.  All are well so far.

04:15 PM: Nap time.

5:00 PM: I’m awake again.

05:15 PM: Facebooked numerous times throughout today.  Details   here.  Discovered several camp counselors I’ve known over the past decade and a half.  Really cool.  :-)

07:00 PM: Watched today’s episode of   Dr. Phil;   titled:   Dying to be Thin.  Now, listening to the Penguins hockey game with [Emmy] on the phone.

08:55 PM: After two periods of play, the Penguins are down 4 to 2.  They could pull it out.

09:50 PM: The Penguins lost the game 5 to 2.  This means that this was their last game until the fall.

11:00 PM: Today’s repeater song:   Life is a Highway   by Rascal Flatts.  I liked the 1992 original by Tom Cochran, and I really love this newer, country version.  It makes me just want to   Get Up and Boogie   and    Get Down Tonight,  though   If You Don’t Know Me By Now,  I guess I’ll be   Dancing In The DarkAlone,   All By Myself.   No matter though.  This great song will keep me company.

12:05 AM: Heard from [Dale], an ex coworker from the Dayton years.  So I responded to him with the letter    here.

01:30 AM: iPodded and Facebooked alternately for the past couple of hours.  170 Facebook friends now.  But another day is over.  So I’m off to the sack.  Good night, and see you tomorrow.  Take care.
